Dear Colleagues:

I'm a network administrator that is pursuing graduate study in pubic
administration with the intent of applying my technical background to the
social management of technology. I looking to identify what quantitative
tools or technical areas within the field (or in other disciples) that I
might study in order to prepare for this understating. Also, are there
scholarly/professional organizations that I might contact to assist me in
this endeavor. I'm interested in learning forecasting, cost/benefit
analyses, and trade-off studies in assessing requirements and justifying
upgrades/new acquisitions.

Your courtesy and help are sincerely appreciated.

Respectfully,

Louie LeFevre
