1. Conference: "T. S. Kuhn's The Structure of Scientific Revolutions: Impact, Relevance and Open Issues," Organized by the Department of Philosophy & History of Science, University of Athens and the Department of Philosophy, University of Chicago.  Conference will take place at the University of Athens, Panepistemiou 30, Athens, Greece, 21-23 August 2008.  http://www.ishpssb.org/listserv/20080705-1.html

2. McGill-Queen's University Press announces the recent publication of a book called Philosophy of Biology, by Brian Garvey.  http://www.ishpssb.org/listserv/20080705-2.html

3. The Department of Philosophy at Bristol will shortly be advertising two post-doctoral positions, each of three years duration, to begin in October 2008 or as soon as possible thereafter.  Candidates with backgrounds in philosophy of science, evolutionary biology, economics, game theory, or political philosophy are encouraged to apply.  http://www.ishpssb.org/listserv/20080705-3.html

4. Call for Papers: "First International Conference on the Evolution and Development of the Universe."  They are seeking cosmologists, physicists, astrobiologists, theoretical and evo-devo biologists, complexity, systems and hierarchy theorists, philosophers, and other scholars who wish to explore and critique hypotheses of evolution and development at universal and subsystem scales.  Their first international conference on these topics will be occurring in Paris, France on 8-9 October, 2008. 5. The Tenth biennial IHPST conference will take place at Notre Dame University, South Bend, Indiana, June 24-28, 2009.  It will be hosted by the University of Notre Dame's HPS Graduate Program and Reilly Center for Science, Technology, and Values.  http://www.ishpssb.org/listserv/20080705-5.html
