+1 for the JW player. 

Here's an example I found of the sharing features of their new player. (Video at the bottom of the page.)
http://mn-getonboard.com/station_mpls.html  

When the video ends or is paused, the share, embed and credits screen comes up. This type of player is an option you can choose when downloading  - no extra coding is required.

On our college site, we use the JW player to play video from MediaMill. We haven't integrated the sharing features yet, but we will.

We currently house the videos on Media Mill but want a player on our own
site that can pull in the link from Media Mill so that visitors to our
Web don't have to leave our site in order to view the videos.

Depending on your video format, you can do that with an embedded video
player.  There are several freeware/shareware apps available.  We use
JW Player ( http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player/ ) for
playing FLV files on the Law School website:

The videos are stored on a virtual web host and are pulled into the
