I'll have to check with our web development intern to get that detail.  He's helped with a lot of the research that went into this and shared the source of the device detection with me at one point early in the project, but I seem to have misplaced it!  =(

I'll try to remember to reply to list when I get that answer.

When viewed on a mobile device, it has a different presentation.  But the exact same HTML.  It's all done with device queries and a mobile CSS.

And on mobile, you still have the option to view the full site (see link at bottom of the page).
