Hello everyone: 

I have a question about apps.  I am looking for a tablet (ipad or android) survey app that has customizable screen display that

- allows font size and paragraph spacing selection (so I can maximize the use of the screen for quick surveying)

- allows vertical split to display questions side by side (rather than horizontal splits).

- is able to collect data off line (for places with no wi-fi)

Does anyone know of good one for this?
