Much thanks for raising the accessibility question. Although there are accessibility issues with the creation end of Google forms, all of the forms/surveys that I have completed have been accessible. The same creation verses delivery concerns are present with UMSurvey. Philip M Kragnes, M.S. It gathers your data and houses it for you. If you don't have access (it might be a CEHD-only program), MailChimp is pretty great at collecting info. Just make sure to be careful what info you're gathering (preferably just name and email due to privacy issues). We have an email form now that sends the contact information to our departmental email account. I'm just wondering what other departments are doing to gather contact information. Do you think there are any problems with using this service? Thanks. TT -- .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .... .. .. .. .. ..
