Cloud-based provider Acquia <http://www.acquia.com>, has been selected as the web hosting provider for the University's implementation of the Drupal web content management system (CMS). Founded by the original creator and project lead of the Drupal open source web publishing and collaboration platform, Acquia contributes to the advancement of the core technology and offers products, services and technical support to simplify the deployment and management of Drupal websites. Acquia will partner with Drupal developers, Palantir <http://www.palantir.net>, to provide the University with the appropriate products, services, and technical support for<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drupal>the University's Drupal implementation.
