Following Doug's Saturday a.m. report, I visited the site on Monday at 8:15 am and found fifteen Buff-breasted Sandpipers, seven American Golden Plovers, hundreds of Killdeers, a dozen or so Baird's Sandpipers, and many Horned Larks. The Buff-breasteds and Golden Plovers were in the back sod field immediately adjoining the townhouses. This site is the Robinson Sod Farm on the south side of Anoka County Road 14, 1.6 miles west of Anoka County Road 23 in Anoka County. Good birding!
