A first county record White-winged Dove is coming to the feeder of Warren Wegener, 13304 Oakland Dr, Burnsville, MN. The best time to see this bird is around 8 am, but it comes to the feeder several times a day. The feeder is in the back yard, so the only viewing is from inside the house. Warren and his wife have agreed to host some birders to see this bird.
