To add to this, the single requirement for Flickr listed on the page is slated to go away, but we don't have any replacement requirements or guidelines ready just yet. Ensuring that the license selected for all images is "all rights reserved" for U work product is a start, and if you're doing that you don't need to bake the copyright statement into the image.
