Hi Theresa, Does your college use the Absolute Forms Processor? It gathers your data and houses it for you. If you don't have access (it might be a CEHD-only program), MailChimp is pretty great at collecting info. Just make sure to be careful what info you're gathering (preferably just name and email due to privacy issues).
