Our CEHD web lead recently pointed me to GA IQ when I asked him for GA training suggestions:

I haven't had a chance yet to check it out myself.

I agree that GA is a powerful and complex tool. I would be ecstatic if there were some (low/no cost) training made available to us!

Our college has switched from Urchin to GA recently. It's such a powerful and complex tool that I would think a short course would be helpful.
