I observed a Say's Phoebe yesterday evening (4/30/13) from 6:00-6:15 p.m. by my office building (formerly The Nature Conservancy-Glacial Ridge office) on Hwy 32, which is 3 miles south of Hwy 2 in Polk Co. The bird was perched on a wood-rail fence between the office and the kiosk. It foraged in the grassland, working its way west into the Glacial Ridge National Wildlife Refuge. I have not seen it again as of 0900 today, 5/1/13.

Photos available upon request.
