Greetings, Web Standards group.

I am looking forward to coming and talking with the group on Friday, to share more about portal and to get your input on some design challenges.

I am writing now to request a few minutes of our time on a survey.

The Enterprise Portal team has gathered, and will continue to gather, opportunities and needs for a new portal planned for late 2014. We want to know what you think about some of the items we’ve collected so far. Your input will help us as we start to prioritize opportunities and begin our design work. Please fill out this 10-15 minute survey by May 20. Sneak peek of some of the things the survey asks about: mobile, checklists, grant management, events calendars, drag and drop graphics.  The survey asks two questions about each feature - one about having it and one about not having it. We'll be talking briefly about the methodology behind this type of input on Friday.

This is just one tool to allow us to begin to gauge these opportunities. We’re still listening and collecting, and will continue to do so, so it’s important to continue to tell us your feedback, ideas and thoughts. We’re excited to deliver the best possible portal, and we can only achieve this by hearing everyone. Please share this survey widely with your network!
