The only things we've seen in that vicinity are red-tailed hawks and pigeons. We have never seen nor heard about a snowy owl in Roseville. There is the pair of nesting Bald Eagles at 36 and 61, maybe he meant those? (We live near Dale and Country Road C so are in that area a lot.)
