Sibley County: Snowy Owl at County 9 and 260th St.  Second Snowy Owl at County 8-9 a half- mile west of where 9 intersects 8 from the north.
Nicollet County:  Snowy Owl on County 18 at 403 ave.
All these owls were perched roadside in the midday sun.
There was a Rough-legged Hawk on State 22 west of Nicollet 3.
Several flocks of Snow Buntings in both counties.
