I found a Snowy Owl in the very SE corner of Cottonwood County about 9am this morning at 600ave and CR13 - sitting on a power pole. This is 2 miles from the Jackson County line and about 4 miles from the first owl sighting in Jackson Cty and about 10 miles from the latest reported location. I tried to find an owl in Jackson County but was unsuccessful again (& I thought the third time I might be lucky).
