Dear probeusers Were you aware that you can find digital versions of older, microprobe-related conference proceedings, special publications, technical notes etc on Archive.org? I was not and just stumbled upon it. Some good stuff to be found there although mostly on the older side. It is dominantly material in the public domain published by NIST, NBS, NASA. Among it you can find translations of Castaing publications from French, reports and tables by Goldstein and Heinrich, the seminar proceedings of the 1967 NBS meeting on quantitative electron microprobe analysis etc.pp. Simply use the search function with appropriate keywords at https://archive.org/ Best, Anette -- Dr. Anette von der Handt Department of Earth Sciences University of Minnesota 310 Pillsbury Drive SE Minneapolis, MN 55455 Office phone: (612) 624-7370 Office fax: (612) 625-3819 Lab phone: (612) 624-3539 **** JEOL Probe Users Listserver Moderator: Anette von der Handt, [log in to unmask], Electron Microprobe Lab, University of Minnesota Post a message: send your message to [log in to unmask] Unsubscribe: send "SIGNOFF PROBEUSERS" to [log in to unmask] On-line help and FAQ: http://probelab.geo.umn.edu/jeoluserlist.html *
