Dear probeusers
Were you aware that you can find digital versions of older, microprobe-related conference proceedings, special publications, technical notes etc on Archive.org? I was not and just stumbled upon it.
Some good stuff to be found there although mostly on the older side. It is dominantly material in the public domain published by NIST, NBS, NASA. Among it you can find translations of Castaing publications from French, reports and tables by Goldstein and Heinrich, the seminar proceedings of the 1967 NBS meeting on quantitative electron microprobe analysis etc.pp.
Simply use the search function with appropriate keywords at https://archive.org/
Best,
Anette
