Weekly Yoga
Weekly yoga sessions start today, February 3rd! WBI invites you to participate in a 30-minute weekly commitment to being mindful. This student-led yoga session will incorporate simple movement and guided meditation to promote tranquility and introspection each week. No experience is necessary and all skill-levels are welcome! Exercise attire is not needed but keep in mind there will be light movement and stretching.

Please note, due to 1L Foundation, we will sometimes cancel or hold session at different times—please check the Facebook event page for updates. 🧘

Meal Swap
Do you always tell yourself you'll cook but then you find yourself at Chipotle week after week? Team Vitality is helping to facilitate a meal swap for students who are looking for a way to eat more nutritious home cooked meals in the new year! They will try to match responses on dietary preferences, allergies, and level of interest. Once they match groups, it is up to group members to connect and plan exactly how often they want to swap and the foods to make.

What is a meal swap? While each group can decide what it will mean for them, the inspiration is based on a program where each student in the group makes x number of the same meal (based on the number of students in the group). When the swap occurs, each student will get to take home one of each meal (x total).
