Try DRAQ5. actually, we just tried this last week for the first time
with mouse eggs-it worked great (Cy-5 range). ~1:1000 (works with live
cells, takes a few minutes to get in),

Subject: DNA staining

Hi everyone,

I am looking for staining the DNA of a mouse ovocyte. It is for dual
labeling and my 1st fluorochrome is Cy3. Propiduim iodine and Ethiduim
bromide are in the range of Cy3 so I can't use them. I cannot use UV's
suitable fluorochrome because I don't have the laser for it. So I am
looking for DNA markers emitting in the range of FiTC or Cy5 for dual
labeling.

Can't you help me...

Thanks

Louis Villeneuve
