There is a chapter on multiphoton microscopy of plant cells in Alberto
Diaspro's new book "Confocal and two-photon microscopy" (chapter 21, by
Tirlapur and Konig).
We are having a Leica 2-photon system installed here, for use on plant
tissue. If anyone out there knows of good references for planty
material, I'd much appreciate it.
Good luck,
David
