Hi everybody
 
I am new on this network and not yet very well trained in confocal
microscopy. I come from molecular biology (gene expression in E. coli). I
am now interested in gene expression in bacterial biofilms.
 
I am expecting discussion about use of fluorochromes and fluorescent probes
for visualisation of in-situ bacterial metabolism.
