Dear Confocalists,

 

I am trying to look at NFkB processing in tumor cell lines growing on
coverslips, using immunofluorescence. While the Santa Cruz rabbit
anti-p65 antibody works wonderfully fine, I haven't had any success with
antip100/p52 antibodies. Any advice regarding antibodies or protocols
would be much appreciated.
