As others have mentioned, the Leica software is buggy. It has not caused our
computer to crash but does occasionally require a software restart when weird
images start to appear upon acquisition.

Our more pressing problem right now is with the 568 laser. It will cut out
after
being on for about an hour. If you return the laser power to idle it will
return
after about 30 min. but cuts out again within another hour. It sure seems to
be an overheating issue but ventilation seems adequate and the other lasers
aren't having any problems. Anyone else had similar problems? Any help
appreciated!

Thanks,
Dave
