Dear Elaine,

may I recommend a FRAP teaching module available at
http://www.embl.de/eamnet/frap/index.html
it contains several references to literature, as well as some useful
macros etc. for data evaluation. The Advanced Light Microscopy Facility
at EMBL also operates a FluoView1000.

regards, jens

Subject: FRAP review article

Search the CONFOCAL archive at
http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal Can anyone
suggest a good review article for FRAP on a laser scanning confocal? We
have an Olympus FV1000 and I would like to get familiar with FRAP.
