Dear Confocalists,
This is probably a trivial question, but...
We would like to modify the (black) background in .pic files
generated using Lasersharp TimeCourse software on a MRC 1024 system
showing cells expressing membrane-localized GFP-tagged proteins - any
tips on how to do this ?
We would like to end up with the (same) green GFP pixels on a
non-black background, like white or grey, in an effort to have
enhanced visibility of the GFP.
Thanks in advance for your help. Ken
