From our microscope eyepiece tube we would like to feed a
ccs video camera (with RCA output) thru our Intel Video Pro
camera (having an RCA input) feeding into the USB port on
our PC.

Problem:

The software which comes with the Intel camera has a small
live view image (about 20%) on the monitor screen (even when
changing the monitor resolution. The Intel program allows
the shooting of stills which have about 80% coverage on the
screen.

We would like to have a larger view on the live view monitor
screen so that we can have several people comforably view
the microscope live image.

Is there a capture program (freeware from a maker) which
will permit a larger image size on the monitor? (Or, must we
get an expensive -GULP$- video capture board?)

regards
Joel
