Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a photostable fluorophore that does 
not excite with two-photon excitation at 750nm.  I am bleaching with this 
wavelength, but I find that in the region I bleach the Alexa 488 signal is also 
bleached as well, no matter how low I turn down the two-photon power.
