We are considering putting together a calcium imaging system and I would
be interested in any suggestions as to the best type of system and
components (ie. filter wheel, camera, software) for it. We have a Nikon
Diaphot and an older Olympus to attach the system to.

A couple of points about the system we would like to have:

1.) It needs to be adaptable to work with fura-2, & cameleon plants.

2.) We would like to be able to collect data points at least 1 per second
(much faster, if possible).

Thanks,

Joe Shope
