Greetings!

I am new to this group, and would like to hear from anyone who has
experience using the Nikon C1 confocal system with the TE2000 inverted
microscope for live cell imaging studies with mammalian cells, cell
lines, etc. in monolayer culture. Specifically, we are interested in
secretory pathway trafficking or some equivalent using expressed
GFP-tagged proteins in time lapse studies for up to 24h, maybe longer.
Related to that, could the issue of the plexiglass box enclosure and
requirements for CO2 regulation also be addressed?

Thanks,
Barbara Vertel
