Dear List,
We have two Zeiss 510 confocals and two Zeiss 710 confocals all running with the ZEN software. We are having a lot of issues with software-hardware communication.
The software will freeze up, or it will tell you one filter is in place but you get interference patterns clearly showing the wrong filter is in place, sometimes the regions tool is not updating
from one image series to the next so your ROI is not the correct one and so on. We are working on a local campus domain and I'm trying to decide if these issues are coming from something
on our end or if it is the ZEN software.
The problems are intermittent (never happening when the Zeiss service representatives are here) and seem different all the time making them very difficult to trouble shoot.
Are other people having similar problems? Let me know as this will help us trouble shoot our issues.
