Leica has the HyD GaAsP detector for single photon work and may be coming out with a NDD version. Zeiss apparently already has a GaAsP detector for both single photon work and a GaAsP NDD detector for multiphoton work. My question is whether anyone has looked at using the "conventional" non-NDD GaAsP detectors for use with two photon excitation. Do you get an intermediate result with increased depth of excitation and detection? Thanks, Tom
