In regard to the dehydration-rehydration and 5% Triton methods I
mentioned for permebilizing tissues, I forgot to note that we're using
those methods with 4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissues, but then who knows,
if the timing were right, perhaps the 5% Triton method might work with
unfixed frozen sections.
