Confocalists and sympathizers,

I am very interested on sodium dynamics. Thus, now that our MRC1024 is
installed and operational I have been trying to do some sodium imaging
using GH3s loaded with sodium green. Although we can get cells labelled
it does not seem to be quite right. So, I would appreciate to get some
hints from anyone who might have experience with this probe and imaging.
By the way, does anyone know if there is sodium probes other than SBFI
and sodium green?

Marco
