Glen,

Corning makes a transwell that comes in a 96 well format:
Corning® HTS Transwell®-96 Permeable Supports for High Throughput Screening

I think you might be able to convince Corning to make the plate with a glass
bottom, as I know they are willing to customize, I just never followed up
with that when I requested this product with glass bottoms some months ago.
