In case nobody can solve your problem, I just wanted to let you know 
that our MS2000 works fine under both Metamorph 7 (Molecular Devices) 
and AxioVision 4.6 (Zeiss). I think that it's also supported by the open 
source software µmanager (http://micro-manager.org/index.php).
