The excellent shareware OS/2 program PMVIEW can batch convert Bio-Rad
PIC files to a variety of other formats.  Its only problem
(which may be crippling in some situations) is that it only converts
the first image in a multiple-image file.  If you only have single-image
PIC files, however, PMVIEW works very well.
