VoxelView 2.1.2, just released on the SGI platform, directly reads Bio-Rad .pic
and Zeiss TIFF files with no pre-conversion required. Multi-label .pic and TIFF
images can be loaded as multi-channel volumes, i.e. so that each label has its
own 2D/3D display window and also a merged display window. Also, for VoxelView
on the Mac, we distribute a conversion utility for Bio-Rad .pic files at no
charge.
