Hi Jennifer,

We purchased and like heaters from 20/20 Technology (
http://www.20-20tech.com/).  Also, try Gibco CO2 Independent media for
imaging.  Lots of cells seem to like it.  Alternatively, 25mM Hepes added
to most medias will buffer without CO2.
