Hello!

We want to determine the emission spectra of a
fluorescence dye and did a lambda-scan with our
Leica CLSM (Leica DMRBE with the software
version 2.477).

Unfortunately, the following problem occurs: The
data of the fluorescence emission are integer
values, but we need more detailed ones. Is there
a parameter in the software where it is pre-set?

I would be glad if anyone could help me!
