To the confocal microscopy community,

I am posting early notice of the 2012 BioMedicine in 4D conference which
will be held at OHSU, March 22 – 24. The title of the program is “Integrated
–omics and Systems Microscopy: Turning images and models into therapeutic
targets”.

The 2012 program, the first in a series of programs with a systems biology
focus, will be a debut for the Center for Spatial Systems Biomedicine at
OHSU. The program, in addition to focusing on integrated systems and the
larger ‘blueprint’, will highlight selected developments in microscopy,
including HCA, high resolution imaging, and molecular modeling. The roster
includes, among others, Brian Druker (OHSU, keynote), Sriram Subramaniam
(NIH), Joe Gray (OHSU), Dave Piston (Vanderbilt), Lans Taylor (University of
Pittsburgh), Jan Liphardt (UC Berkeley), Jeff Price (Sanford-Burnham), and
Garry Nolan (Stanford).

Mark your calendar and stay tuned. The website for the meeting with the full
itinerary and roster will be posted in September. If you have questions
about the program, please address them to me at
[log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> . Thanks.
