According to the instructions I have, you get rid of those tiresome error
messages by doing the following,
 
"TO UNSUBSCRIBE YOURSELF FROM EMAIL REFLECTOR:
ADDRESS MESSAGE TO: [log in to unmask]
ON FIRST LINE OF MESSAGE BODY, LEFT MARGIN, TYPE ONLY:
DELETE <USER@HOST> SD3D (DO NOT INCLUDE <> SYMBOLS)
(WHERE <USER@HOST> IS YOUR INTERNET ADDRESS."
 
I hope this helps. Whoever trys it ought to let the list know whether it
works or not.
