Dear Listmembers,

We are currently doing time-lapse series during 2-4h periods using Axiovert
100 and Axiovert 135 estatives and have the same problems. The focus drift
is of such magnitude that it forces us to be constantly (every 4-5 min)
adjusting the micrometric control manually. One of the micros is set on a
high-inertia table and we are using closed perfusion chambers with its own
temp control.

It would be of great help to know how other colleagues have resolved this
issue.

Best regards,
