Hi everyone,

One of my "customers" here wants to look for inhibition of a specific protein by incubation with an antibody in living cells.

What would be the diluent of choice for the inhibition solution ( with the antibody)?

We have tried once and the "inhibition" antibody was diluted in a physiological buffer. We got a lot of non-specific staining. I should use a carrier protein with the buffer to dilute the "inhibition" antibody, but wich one?

thanks!

Louis
