Hi Jeremy - your colleague could use my confocal bibliography
     (Bio-Rad publications) which is divided into subject categories -
     one of which is Pathology, and also has a key word category which
     narrows it down to cancer research. I realise this only covers
     Bio-Rad publications, but it's a good start.
