Hi,
I do not remember the email exchange but from what I learned at the Optical
Microscopy course at Woods Hole, Norland Optical Cement # 63 supplied by
Edmund Scientific should work. The RI for # 63 is 1.56.
Interestingly, I learned it from another Colin though it was Dr. Colin
Izzard!
