Dear Kelley and C.N.
are you planning on live yeast cell labellings or immuno-fluorescence ?
As a starting point I would recommend Meth. Cell Biology 31 (1989) pp357
(Pringle, Preston  et al.). For yeast er staining in vivo check with Robin
Wright ([log in to unmask]). She has published on the use of DiOC6
in yeast.
