Hello,

I know only a few of us on this list are exposed to plants... But I
thought I'd ask a couple of questions anyway...

So we're trying to detect trace amounts of DNA introduce via virus into
plant cells. The problem then is that great big chloroplast signal.

Does anyone know if chloros autofluoresce in the far-red or near IR
range? Or has anyone tried imaging choloros with a 2 photon system?
Or even the emission/excitation tracking of the 510 Meta???

Any input at all would be great! I'm against the wall on this one...
