Hi everyone,

We have open aorta (mouse, 2-3mm in diameter) preserved (immerged, 4C) in
TISSUEFIX. We want to do some indirect immunoflurescence on it. 2
questions:

1- How does TISSUEFIX fix the tissue, cross-linking?
2- What would be the correct procedure to get maximum results in order to
do immunofluorescence studies.
